Join us for the launch of Professor David Latchman CBE’s latest book,
"Not Just a Tombstone: Stories from the House of Life."
Since 1873, Willesden Jewish Cemetery has been a cornerstone of London’s Jewish heritage. This book brings to life the stories of 150 notable figures, including Rosalind Franklin, Jack Cohen, four Chief Rabbis, members of the Rothschild family and many other remarkable individuals.
We are honoured to welcome Chief Rabbi Sir Ephraim Mirvis KBE and Professor David Latchman CBE as speakers at this special event - a fascinating exploration of memory and legacy celebrating the lives that shaped London’s Jewish community and the heritage preserved within this iconic site.
